Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with FixDesk AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription fees.

1. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your initial purchase or of any subsequent renewal charge. After the 30-day window, fees for that billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

2. How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for FixDesk AI. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team via your account, and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

You can also locate the order reference on the receipt email Paddle sent you at the time of purchase.

3. What happens next

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current paid period, after which your workspace returns to the Free plan. Cancellation alone is not a refund — if you want a refund for the most recent payment, request one within the 30-day window above.
